1. Kargo Firması1. Shipping Carrier
Siparişleriniz Yurtiçi Kargo ile gönderilir. Teslimat Türkiye'nin tüm illerine yapılır.Your orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo. Delivery is available to all provinces of Türkiye.
2. Kargo Ücreti2. Shipping Fee
Standart teslimatta kargo ücretsizdir. Kapıda ödeme veya hızlı kurye gibi ek hizmetler seçilirse, ilgili ek ücret ödeme adımında açıkça gösterilir ve sipariş toplamına eklenir.Standard delivery ships with free shipping. If additional services such as cash on delivery or express courier are selected, the relevant extra fee is clearly shown at checkout and added to the order total.
3. Kargoya Veriliş Süresi3. Dispatch Time
Hafta içi (Pazartesi–Cuma) saat 16:00’a kadar, Cumartesi 14:00’e kadar verilen ve ödemesi onaylanan siparişler aynı gün kargoya verilir. Bu saatlerden sonra verilen siparişler bir sonraki iş günü kargolanır (Cumartesi 14:00 sonrası ve Pazar siparişleri Pazartesi). Resmî tatillerde verilen siparişler ilk iş günü kargoya teslim edilir. Havale/EFT ödemelerinde sipariş, ödemenin hesabımıza geçtiği teyit edildikten sonra hazırlanır.Orders placed and payment-confirmed by 16:00 on weekdays (Monday–Friday) and by 14:00 on Saturdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed after these hours ship the next business day (orders after 14:00 on Saturday and Sunday orders ship on Monday). Orders placed on public holidays are handed to the carrier on the first business day. For bank transfer/EFT payments, the order is prepared once the payment is confirmed in our account.
4. Teslim Süresi4. Delivery Time
Kargoya verildikten sonra teslim süresi, bulunduğunuz bölgeye göre genellikle 1–3 iş günüdür. Bu süre kargo firmasının yoğunluğuna ve mücbir sebeplere (olumsuz hava koşulları, resmî tatiller vb.) göre değişebilir.After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your region. This may vary due to carrier workload and force majeure (adverse weather, public holidays, etc.).
5. Kargo Takibi5. Order Tracking
Siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde takip numarası e-posta ile iletilir. Hesabınızdaki Siparişlerim bölümünden de siparişinizin durumunu takip edebilirsiniz.When your order ships, the tracking number is sent to you by email. You can also follow your order's status in the My Orders section of your account.
6. Teslimatta Hasar veya Eksik Ürün6. Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery
Kargo paketini teslim alırken hasarlı veya açılmış görürseniz, ürünü teslim almadan kargo görevlisine tutanak tutturmanızı ve bizimle iletişime geçmenizi rica ederiz. Hatalı, hasarlı veya eksik ulaşan ürünlerde değişim/iade süreci tarafımızca ücretsiz yürütülür.If the package appears damaged or opened upon delivery, please have the courier draw up a damage report before accepting the package and contact us. For items that arrive wrong, damaged or incomplete, the exchange/return process is handled by us free of charge.
