Return Policy

Everything you need to know about returns, withdrawal conditions and refunds.

The original and binding language of this text is Turkish. It is a general template; we recommend having it reviewed by legal counsel before putting it into effect. Last updated: 2026.

1. Withdrawal and Return Period

You may exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you receive it, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

The product to be returned must be unused, with its packaging and protective seal unopened, in resalable condition and accompanied by its invoice. For health and hygiene reasons, these conditions are especially important for food supplement products.

3. Non-Returnable Products

By law, products whose packaging/protective seal has been opened and that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (including opened food supplements), as well as perishable products or those that may pass their expiry date, are excluded from returns. However, if the product arrived defective, damaged or wrong, this exclusion does not apply (see section 6).

4. How to Return

You can start your return by emailing bilgi@bodybioturkey.com with your order number. We will send you the steps to follow and the shipping details. Simply send the product together with its invoice and complete contents.

5. Refund

Once the returned product reaches us and is confirmed to meet the conditions, the payment is refunded within 14 days via your original payment method (card/refund channel). The time for card refunds to appear in your account may vary by bank.

6. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If the product arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us after delivery. In that case we will replace the product or refund its price free of charge; shipping costs are on us.
