You can return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery using your right of withdrawal. Just contact us to start a return.

Unless your doctor advises otherwise, you can take 1 teaspoon (2.5 ml) daily during the first month, and 1 dessert spoon (5 ml) daily in the following months.
There is no significant difference between taking it with or without food. Taking it on an empty stomach is preferred but not required. We recommend taking it at roughly the same time each day.
You can mix it with food or drink that is not too hot. It is perfectly fine to take it with water, fruit juice, honey, meals, soups or fruit.
There is no limit on how long you can use it; you can continue as long as you observe its benefits. It has no known side effects, but as a standard precaution we recommend discontinuing use if you experience anything unexpected.
Store at room temperature (around 24°C) with the cap tightly closed. The botanical ingredients tolerate heat up to 50°C, but prolonged exposure to high temperatures or sunlight may cause the flaxseed oil to evaporate and the product to lose its fluidity. If room temperature storage is not possible, you can keep it in the fridge — it may thicken in the cold, so let it sit at room temperature for a while before each use.
