Distance Sales Agreement
Below are the sales terms that apply to orders placed through our website.
1. Parties
Seller: Unik Danışmanlık A.Ş. (“BodyBio Türkiye” / “the Seller”).

Buyer: The customer who places an order via the website and whose details appear on the order form ("the Buyer").
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product the Buyer orders electronically from the Seller's website, and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Product Subject to the Agreement, Payment and Delivery
The product's name, quantity, sale price (VAT included), payment method, delivery address and shipping details appear in the order summary shown to the Buyer at order confirmation and in the confirmation email sent after the order, and form an integral part of this agreement.
4. General Provisions
The Buyer acknowledges having read and been informed of the preliminary information on the product's essential characteristics, sale price, payment and delivery details and the right of withdrawal, and having given confirmation electronically. The Seller is obliged to deliver the product intact, complete and in compliance with the legislation. In cases of force majeure the Seller may suspend or cancel delivery; in that case the Buyer is informed and any amount collected is refunded.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product is returned with its invoice and complete accessories. Return and refund processes are explained in detail in the Return Policy.
6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
By law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose packaging/protective seal has been opened after delivery and that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (including food supplements), and for perishable products or those that may pass their expiry date. Returns are accepted if the product's packaging is unopened, unused and in resalable condition.
7. Delivery
The product is delivered to the address the Buyer specifies in the order, via the contracted shipping company, as soon as possible and within the statutory period of 30 days. Tracking details are sent to the Buyer when the product ships.
8. Payment
Payment is made via the secure payment methods offered on the website. Credit/debit card details are not stored by the Seller; payment is processed through the secure infrastructure of the authorised payment institution.
9. Default
If the Buyer defaults, the Buyer is liable for damages arising from the delayed performance of the debt. If the payment cannot be completed by the relevant bank/payment institution, the Seller's delivery obligation ends.
10. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
11. Entry into Force
This agreement enters into force when the Buyer confirms the order electronically and is deemed to have been read and accepted by the parties.
