Privacy Notice (KVKK)
Below is information on how your personal data is processed and your rights.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Unik Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("BodyBio Türkiye" / "the Company") as data controller, within the framework described below, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and related legislation.
2. Personal Data Processed
Identity data (name, surname); contact data (phone, email, delivery and billing address); customer transaction data (order and purchase history, request and complaint records); financial data (payment transaction details — card details are not stored by the Company and are processed via the payment institution); transaction security and site usage data (IP, cookies and similar data).
3. Purposes of Processing
Receiving, preparing and delivering your orders; managing payment processes; invoicing and fulfilling legal obligations; customer relations, support and request/complaint management; operating, improving and securing the website; and, where you have given explicit consent, sending campaign and informational messages.
4. Legal Grounds
Your data is processed on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that the Company fulfils its legal obligations, that a right is established/exercised/protected, and the Company's legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed; and, in cases such as commercial electronic messages, on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Collection Method
Your personal data is collected automatically and partly automatically via order and contact forms on the website, membership/session processes, cookies and electronic communication channels.
6. Transfers
Your data may be shared with shipping companies for order delivery, banks/payment institutions for collecting payment, infrastructure service providers such as email and hosting, and legally authorised public institutions/bodies — only for the relevant purpose and with the necessary security measures in place.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and the limitation/retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction if processed incompletely/incorrectly; to request deletion/destruction when the conditions are met; to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damages.
